When interacting with representatives from other departments, professionalism must always be maintained. When making significant as well as minor choices, representatives from the financial department should be asked to the crucial meeting and their advice should be solicited. It will be feasible to fully utilize the talents of the finance department representatives by involving them in important decision-making sessions and asking for their advice.
